REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

At Premium Danes Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and options regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The pup/item must be as healthy/in the same condition as the time you adopted him/her.
- All items sent with the puppy must be in the same state.
- Proof of purchase/Bill of sale (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Pups/items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable terms
Certain terms are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Fees/funds paid to any third parties outside the initial adoption cost for the puppy
- Gift cards or crypto currency
- Personal items/things/services demanded and paid for by the customer

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at puppies@premiumdaneshome.online with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the puppy/item back.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item/pup unless the return is due to a defective pup/item or an error on our part.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Once we receive your returned item/pup, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item/pup is approved, we will process your refund.
- Full Refund: Issued for items/pups returned in unused, original condition within 3 days of the purchase/adoption.
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items/pups that are not in original condition or as they were, are damaged/impaled, or are missing documents, at our discretion.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving your returned item/pup.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will issue store credit or an alternative refund method as discussed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time frame, please:
- Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at puppies@premiumdaneshome.online for further assistance.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged/impaled Items/pups
We only replace items/pups if they are defective or damaged or not as described upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item/pup for the same pup type/item, please contact us at puppies@premiumdaneshome.online within 3 days of receiving the item/pup, and we will provide further instructions.
4. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item/pup unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect or not as advertised pup/item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund unless it was due to our error.
Damaged or Lost Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items/pups. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at puppies@premiumdaneshome.online Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process once the item/pup arrives your location.
